Dear Christian Temple,
As the summer heats up so do the church activities! We have some fun ones starting this evening.
1. TONIGHT - Thursday, June 15 - Grant Kick-Off Party. We hope to see you in the Fellowship Hall tonight. Please park behind the Fellowship Hall on the grass and on the basketball court. Bring some food with you or walk down to the food trucks to eat dinner from 5 to 6 pm. The presentation will start at 6:00 pm. There will be ice cream!
2. GRADUATION SUNDAY - We will recognize our college and high school graduates on Sunday. Please, let us know if you know of others who need to be included.
3. BUDGET SEASON - There is still time to make a pledge for the first time or to resubmit another pledge. Simply click the “giving” circle. Thank you for your generosity!

Join us this Sunday, June 18th, as we recognize our High School and College graduates during the service. Please plan to continue the fun in the Gathering after worship is over. There will be some refreshments for all to enjoy!
Congratulations to Lily Cerame (Broadneck Sr. High School graduate), Astrid Jensen (McDaniel College graduate), and Natalie Nichols (Towson University graduate)!
*Please feel free to let us know if your student has graduated from high school or college this year but has not yet been included in our list. We would love to have them join in the celebration!

JOIN US FOR THE INDEPENDENCE DAY CONCERT!
This year the Independence Day Concert will feature an outdoor performance at Christian Temple at 11AM on Tuesday, July 4. The concert will include patriotic music performed by the Centennial Brass of Howard County…and Jingya Liu will return to entertain us with several ocarina solos between the brass selections. This concert is the perfect remedy for those who would appreciate some inspiring patriotic music…

Our Transformers' Sundays have been extended an additional month (through the end of June). Therefore, we are in need of Adult Volunteers for four more weeks, to assist Kecia with the kids.

We want as many campers to make their way out to Bethany Beach as possible. It is not too late! Remember that Christian Temple has committed to cover 50% of the cost for every kid and young adult to go to camp. All you have to do in the CampDoc system is use the coupon code CT50.
