Kecia works full-time as a ParaEducator (classroom/student support) for a Special Needs program with Baltimore County Public Schools. She and her young son began attending Christian Temple Church in late 2017, when they relocated to the area.

As her son grew older, Kecia occasionally volunteered as a Children At Worship (Sunday School) Teacher. Then in February 2020, she received a "gentle nudge" to apply for the part-time Children's Education Coordinator position. With encouragement and prayers, she accepted! Since then, Kecia has eagerly served on several committees within the church, but our growing Children's/Youth Ministry is nearest and dearest to her heart.

Just recently in 2023, Kecia has begun expanding this ministry by planning monthly events and activities outside of Worship hours for our children. Kecia is appreciative of her Christian Temple family and has a heart to serve.
